THANK YOU FOR BEING WITH US!
THE 2025 EDITION OF OFF-BIENNALE BUDAPEST HAS COME TO AN END
In mid-June, one of Central Europe's largest independent contemporary art events came to a close — but the experiences, connections, and ideas stay with us!
In its fifth jubilee edition, we explored the concept of safety, while addressing important, often marginalized issues such as patriarchal oppression, systemic inequalities, control, marginalization, migration, armed conflict, decolonization, the climate crisis, and queer ecologies.
The exhibitions, programs, and encounters realized under the umbrella of Poems of Unrest showed us that by thinking together and forming alliances, we are capable of building a more solidary and open world.
